Studio For tour operators

Your tours are already the content.

Tour Studio is Leanboat Studio for tour and experience operators. It syncs your tour catalogue from your booking system, turns those real tours into a week of Instagram posts in your own voice, and publishes them once you approve. Nothing is invented: every post traces to a tour you actually sell.

The problem is not ideas

Most content advice assumes you’re staring at a blank week wondering what to say. An operator has the opposite problem. You have thirty, or a hundred, or three hundred products. Each one has a route, a duration, a meeting point, a price, photographs, and a reason people book it. That’s a year of posts sitting in a booking system nobody has time to turn into anything.

So the week goes unposted, not because there’s nothing to say, but because saying it is a job and you already have one.

What connecting your catalogue does

Studio reads your product catalogue directly from your booking system and keeps it in sync. Every tour becomes source material: its real description, its real photographs, its real details.

Nothing inventedA post about the 9am departure says 9am because your catalogue says 9am. There is no step where a plausible-sounding detail gets filled in.
New tours arrive on their ownAdd a product to your catalogue and it becomes available to next month's plan without you telling anyone.
Seasonal by defaultThe plan draws on what you're actually selling now rather than what you sold last spring.

Across the engine today, 4,879 tours are synced this way. It’s the same mechanism whether you have twelve products or three hundred.

What it looks like when it runs

Three operators. Three countries. Three voices.

Real posts, published from Studio to these operators’ own accounts, each built from that operator’s own catalogue and brand file.

CiaoNaplesItaly · EN
Instagram post published for CiaoNaples: the cliffside town of Atrani on the Amalfi Coast, headlined “Three towns, one day, done right”

Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi in one day, sold on the thing that actually makes it work: stopping at the right viewpoints. Comment-to-book prompt at the foot.

Bearly There ToursCanada · EN
Instagram post published for Bearly There Tours: Porteau Cove on Howe Sound, a stop on the Sea to Sky route

The Sea to Sky route, sold on the stops everyone else drives past. Light type on deep forest, a real number in every headline.

Pencil & ForkSpain · ES
Instagram carousel cover published for Pencil & Fork: a Galician wine tasting with paired dishes in A Coruña

A wine tasting in A Coruña, written entirely in Spanish. Serif headlines, market photography, Galician place names.

These three, and only these three. Studio shows a brand’s work publicly once that brand has said yes and the permission is recorded against their account, with the date. Everything else our operators publish stays theirs to show.

The collaboration mechanic

On Instagram, a post can ship as a true collaboration: it lands on your feed and a partner’s at the same time, and both audiences see it. For an operator, that partner is often a travel account with a following far larger than yours, and the post arrives on their feed carrying your name.

One example, public so you can check it rather than take our word: a Brussels chocolate maker’s workshop, published as a collaboration, 6,662 likes on a single partner account. Open it on Instagram and count them.

That is one post, for one operator, in one week. It is not a promise about your account; it is an illustration of what the format does when it works.

Where this came from

Tour Studio is not a vertical we invented for a landing page. It is where the whole engine started: a weekly content operation for tour operators, which then turned out to work for any brand with real inventory and no time. That is why this is the vertical with published work behind it, and why the other three are still waiting for theirs.

What it costs

The same as everything else: $95 a month, a post every day — posts, stories, carousels and video — on one connected account. There is no separate operator price and no setup fee for connecting a catalogue.

What you need

  • A booking system with your products in it, or a website that lists them.
  • An Instagram business account, which is a free switch if you’re on a personal one.
  • Ten minutes once, then a few minutes a week to approve.

Operator questions.

A year of posts, already written.

Connect your catalogue and your first week of drafts is waiting for your approval.
